A deposit of 30% is required on bookings of any tour arrangement to secure the booking, with the balance due within 3 days of the commencement of the tour. For bookings made less than 7 days before the tour begins, full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the booking, and the customer will be subject to our Cancellation Policy

All Payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific payment method. Please be aware that we do not accept cash payments in USD notes dated between 1996 and 2006. Unscripted Safaris Ltd reserves the right to refuse any form of payment at its discretion.
Tour Amendments, Cancellations, and refunds are processed subject to our amendments, cancellation and refund policy.
Amendment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Your purchase does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Your purchase will be confirmed via email within one to two business days. The cancellation fee policy will take effect once we submit your reservation. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer read and review the cancellation policy and consider purchasing a Travel Insurance policy.
Amendment Policy
Amendments to the itinerary cannot be made after tour departure. Changes to the itinerary before departure may be subject to new rates.

How to Cancel a Reservation
We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voicemail. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives without email will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged. Please make sure to email us for cancellation requests with your reservation number on.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially
